Governing Law and Jurisdiction

18.            These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand.  If you access the Website or place an order for our products or services from another jurisdiction, you are additionally responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. 

19.            You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.
